Shipping Policy

Orders which total over $150 qualify for free shipping within Australia (exluding bulky/larger/heavier/fragile. These are marked as 'In store pick up only')

We do not ship overseas through this site at the moment but feel free to contact us for a quote if you find something you love.

Standard order processing time is 1 – 2 business days.

By placing an order for goods you agree that your details, such as name, contact numbers, delivery address can be passed to those third party couriers.

While we aim to get your order delivered to you in the quoted timeframe, in the unlikely event of extended delays, we will endeavour to inform you. Any questions or follow up regarding delivery can be directed by email to shop@deerwillow.com.au

All deliveries will require a signature to ensure the parcel arrives in the hands of the correct person. This cost is included in the delivery fee. 

Larger/heavier/fragile items which are not able to be shipped with our standard couriers will need to be quoted before being charged. Please send us an email at shop@deerwillow.com.au requesting a quote. We will then notify you via email with a calculated shipping cost which will need to be paid over the phone prior to dispatch.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Whilst we hope that you’re always delighted with your purchase from Deer Willow, we understand that there are occasions where you may wish to return an item(s).

If you wish to return an item(s) you must notify us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will gladly offer you an exchange or a merchandise credit note. We do not offer payment refunds, unless the items are faulty or damaged.

No refunds for change of mind.

No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds on Sale Fashion items.

No refund or credit will be made of any delivery charges. 

No store credits or refunds on SALE or online promotions (Discounts). All purchases of sale items are final.

Handmade Disclaimer

Many of our Deer Willow products are handcrafted one at a time. It is therefore very rare to create identical items. There may be natural blemishes/variations that are not product flaws. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may find minor distinctions that make your Deer Willow purchases special and truly one-of-a-kind.


Returns Conditions

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date the merchandise is deemed to be delivered or purchased from the store. 
  • We will only except returns that are in original condition from when purchased.
  • Merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached and in the items original packaging. 
  • Refunds or exchanges  are not applicable for pierced jewellery and swimwear.
  • Merchandise that have been altered, worn or washed will not be processed for returns
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Returns may be submitted in store or posted back to Deer Willow 12 Manning St, KIAMA NSW 2533 within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. 

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase via post, please notify us by email at info@deerwillow.com.au Once we have received the return or exchange and have ensured that it is eligible,  we will dispatch the new item or provide the store credit via email. Approved exchanges will incur additional delivery fees, that must be paid by you in advance of dispatch of the new item.
